Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery is AED 15; orders of AED 200 or more receive complimentary delivery. Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may change during public holidays, severe weather or remote-area service interruptions.

Please provide a complete address and reachable UAE mobile number. If an address is incomplete or a delivery attempt is missed, redelivery charges may apply.

Returns & refunds

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, skincare must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Opened products, promotional samples, clearance items and products damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.

Approved change-of-mind returns are sent at the customer’s cost. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, expired or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal funding source after inspection; bank processing times vary.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to operate the store: contact and delivery details, order contents, account identifiers, customer-support correspondence and technical security data. Supabase stores customer and order records; Cloudflare delivers the site; Google provides optional sign-in; and PayPal processes payment information. galleriala does not store complete card or bank details.

We use this information to fulfil orders, provide account history, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the storefront. Access is limited to the customer’s own records and authorised store operations. To request access, correction or deletion, email keifferjapeth@outlook.com. Transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, disputes and law enforcement.

Terms of sale

galleriala is an online trading name operated by Keiffer Japeth Cantara from Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The connected PayPal business profile and customer card statement may display the merchant name ESPACIOS ME.

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Product availability, promotions and delivery estimates may change. An order is accepted after PayPal confirms payment and the store confirms stock. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address.
